This is a good discussion. So my take is that law firms where using AI for cases without scrubbing the AI output?
Also what about the government using AI as part of source selection? There is an RFP that states bluntly that they the government will use AI to help in source selection...is this protestable? Since there really aren't any bumpers for AI?
