There is a sad reality that SBA along with other agencies has lost the premise of identifying cause the effect first, before levying actions across a swath of the industrial base it so desperately needs to keep and, in most cases, grow. As former Feds, we know that measured review and response are prudent and just as effective to achieving the desired end result. It really is disappointing as Matt said.
