Now with the "once an 8(a), always an 8(a)" thought process removed, take what went to individual socio-economic groups and make it SB set-aside. More opportunity BUT also a bigger competition pool (and more offers). Not always bad but can add to the timelines for award depending on how the solicitation is structured.
Hi Sam, I am a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and have been uncovering the corruption going on within my tribal government and businesses. I have proof from our tribal meetings that prove Cherokee Federal is running a "Pass through scheme" and real disadvantaged Cherokees do not benefit from 8a program. Cherokee Federal is also being investigated from a 2021 HHS contract at the border where they placed children with unvetted sponsors and became trafficked. I have emailed and sent videos to Kelly Loefler and have not heard anything back, I am just reaching out and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!!!
